Account deletion
You can request account deletion through the Tabibak mobile app or by contacting support.
Tabibak is operated by سيجان لتصميم و تطوير برامج و انظمة الحاسوب, a limited liability company registered in Jordan.
Delete your account in the app
In the Tabibak mobile app, go to Profile, then Security and Data, then Delete account. Confirm the request with the one-time code sent to your verified mobile number.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot use the app, email support@tabibakjo.com with the subject Tabibak account deletion request. Do not include health information, booking details, or documents in your email.
Identity verification
Tabibak will provide identity-verification steps before processing an email request.
Appointments to resolve
Active or upcoming appointments must be resolved before account deletion can be completed.
What deletion changes
After deletion, you will lose access to Tabibak. Your direct identifiers and reviews are removed.
Records that may be retained
Appointment and clinical records, including clinical documents where recordkeeping or operational obligations require, may be retained and are handled under existing clinical-record access controls. Account deletion is not an instant hard deletion of every record.
