This notice explains how Hadi handles information when you use our doctor discovery and appointment booking service.
Information we collect
We may collect your verified mobile number and name, booking details, reviews you submit, and documents you upload.
How we use information
We use information for authentication, booking and clinic coordination, support, and security.
Sharing
We share relevant information with involved doctors or clinics you select and processors needed to operate Hadi. We may disclose information where required by law.
Security
We use measures intended to protect information, but no service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention of records
When an account is deleted, direct account identifiers and reviews are removed. Appointment and clinical records, including clinical documents where recordkeeping or operational obligations require, may be retained and are handled under existing clinical-record access controls.
Your controls
You can request a data export or account deletion in the mobile app under Profile, then Security and Data. Deletion may be unavailable until active or upcoming appointments are resolved.
